I wear sandals practically all year long. I wear them as far into the winter as I possible can. I do have to tell you that I do have rough looking heals. They look and feel rough. It is almost embarrassing when I go to get a pedicure. With this tool, I don't even have to get a pedicure if I don't want to, I can do it myself. It doesn't hurt a bit, and doesn't tickle either. Sometimes when I get a pedicure I do a lot of wiggling when they use their tool!!! My heels started off super rough and I was really impressed at how smooth my heels feel after using this, and how quickly it worked. I really really love this tool, and feel even better when I wear those sandals!! And if I do go for a day of pampering, I will use this first, so the spa people will never see what my heels really look like first!!! Don't tell anyone, but my husband is using this now.
