I was going to have pencils made with my OKCMommy information on them.  I knew I could use a case of those.  However, I decided to look at this from a mom's perspective and made pencils to put in my child's goodie bags for Valentine's day.  I thought, how cute would that be?  

Like I said earlier, this couldn't be easier to do.  I first clicked on pencils.  I decided to go with the round metallic pencils in foil colors.  Trust me on this, the colors are much more vibrant in person!!

  Then I was off to customize my pencils.  I had to pick the color.  Since I am going to use these for Valentine's Day, I picked the red prism.  Next, I had to pick the imprint color.  I picked black.  (Now, I want to take a sec to point out that this is where their good customer service comes in.  After I placed my order, a few days later, I received a phone call from penfactory.  The lady that had the sample in front of her said that it was very hard to read my text in the black, and she thought it would be best to change it.  I said that she knew better than me!!!  I asked her opinion on the color, as she does this all of the time.  She suggested white or silver, but said she thought the silver would look the best.  So I did go with the silver.  I thought this was really nice of them to call me, instead of sending me pencils that I could hardly read!)  The next step was to pick the font. There is a little sample of fonts that you can look at so you can see which one that you like best.  I went with comic sans.  I then was on to the fun stuff, deciding what I wanted my pencil to say.  I have three boys.  Now, you have to order these pencils, and pens in quantities, so the least you can go is 144.  As, I couldn't do some with each boy's name separate, I decided to put Happy Valentine's Day from: boy 1, boy 2, and boy 3 and our last name. That's all that I had to do!  After that you put in your shipping and payment info and you are done.

We got our pencils in pretty quickly, and the boys were so excited that they have pencils with their names on them to hand out.  Even my pre-schooler picked his name out on the pencil!!
