At stripedshirt.com, they believe women, kids and babies should be able to support their teams, schools, organizations, causes, holidays and (literally) show their colors, without looking like “facepainters.”

Introducing the stripedshirt: fun, fashionable fan-wear built just for you with two color combination stripes to match your team.

Long ago one small town had a school and their colors were blue and white.  The small town next to it had a school and its colors were orange and black.  When the two schools combined and formed an elementary school they voted the colors should represent both schools.  The new school colors became orange and blue!!  The mascot is a tiger.  My children have school themed clothing with this orange and blue striped tiger on it.  When I saw these striped shirts I immediately looked to see if she had an orange and blue one.  I was so excited to see it.  I thought it would be so cool for my little ones to be actually wearing the orange and blue stripes from the tiger!!!  I was right.  My little one was a hit in his shirt.  To top it off she also have women's shirts too, so mommy's and kids can match at the sporting events!

Now, I know you guys don't go to our school, so you will be looking for other colors so your little ones can support their schools.  Of course, when the dad's see these shirts, they want to match the stripes to their favorite sports teams.  My husband wants to get black and gold ones, Go Steelers!!! She doesn't have that one available yet, but I am sure she will soon.

 

Each stripedshirt is made to meet the founder’s highest standards:

• - high quality cotton jersey knit with 5% Lycra for stretch, to keep shape, to prevent shrinking
• - true to women sizes, no micro mini boy Ts. XS = size 4, S = size 6, M = size 8, etc.
• - vibrant color - dye yarn knit weaving of 2 color combinations
• - stylish, comfortable fit – none too tight crew neckline, flattering short sleeves, long enough to cover any muffin tops
• - tagless at the neck, cute logo’ed tag with details on side seam
• - subtle stripedshirt patch on bottom outside corner of shirt
• - fun, fashionable fan-wear to support your team

Currently, shirts are available in 14 color combinations, all in 12 sizes, from baby 6 mo to women XL (those ** indicate a baby 3 mo is available)

• Cranberry and gray **
• Black and gray
• Navy and white
• Green and white **
• Dark orange and white **
• Maroon and gold
• Red and blue
• Royal blue and white
• Royal blue and orange
• Dark blue and yellow
• Purple and white

 They did iterate and improve their fabrics from the original very stretchy material, that does shrink up about 1 inch after several washings, to a tighter weave that does not shrink at all. The only shirts still in the first/stretchiest fabric are the original colors: Red and white, Cranberry and gray, Red and gray, Green and white and Dark orange and white. As inventory is replaced, it will be replaced with the tighter weave fabric.
