This is a great stabilizer. I like to wear it after a long run to keep my ankle from moving every which way when I know it is already tired from the run. I find that keeping my ankle stabilized when it is tired is very beneficial for me.

Here is another great product to use when training for a run. I have had to use it a few times during my runs. I can tell you that I love that it is self adhering. I have lost so many of those clasps from my other Ace bandages!!
