Sam's Club will be offering Saturday, April 13th from 11am to 3pm Free Oral Care & Health Screenings to raise awareness about the connection between oral health and chronic disease. The screenings are free and available to the public at all Sam's Club locations with a pharmacy.
The free health screening event features tests valued at up to $100), including:
- Non-invasive oral health questionnaires
- Dental tablets
- Glucose
- Total cholesterol
- Blood pressure
- Body mass index (BMI)
