Make Your Wednesday Night Breakfast Night With Krusteaz-Plus Giveaway

 

 

Who loves breakfast for dinner?  I do, and my kids love it even more!!!  At least once a week we have breakfast for dinner.  On black Friday I got a fancy waffle maker that is kind of like the ones you see at hotels.  You pour in the batter and then flip the waffle maker over.  I love it and it makes it super simple to make waffles for the boys and I for a quick and easy supper. 

 

 Did you know that February is National Hot Breakfast month?  Krusteaz has decided to celebrate this month and has decided to officially name every Wednesday night, "breakfast night."  My family already has breakfast for supper so I know the kids will love the idea of having a special night where they know that they will be getting their waffles for dinner!

This pancake mix is the one we use most often.  You just add water to make the pancake mix and we also use this as our waffle mix by using and egg, water, and oil.

 

 

My husband really enjoys the blueberry waffles, and when I am looking for something different than the original I fix the boys the honey wheat pancakes.  No complaining from the husband or the kids!!!

 

On special occasions, or just when we want a chocolate fix, we love the chocolate chip pancakes and the chocolate chunk muffins.  These muffins bake up better than any other muffin mix I have ever used.  They bake up bigger than a cupcake!
