I love stores that have rewards programs and Staples is one that does. I have found that you can get your hands on some really good deals on items, stack with coupons and get money back. It's a great way to grab printing paper FREE, Backpacks, and More! First you'll need to go HERE and sign up for a FREE Rewards Card or stop by your local store. If you forget your rewards number you can just take your receipt and enter the barcode and submit it....it's that simple.
How to earn Staples Rewards:
To see all of your Staples Rewards benefits and ways to save, view the Benefits page. To see how close you are to earning Staples Rewards, view your Rewards Summary, or to see your ink recycling earnings, view your Ink Recycling Summary. The status of your Reward is listed at the top of the page in the blue box. You can also view the Terms & Conditions of the program.
How to receive Staples Rewards:
Staples Rewards are issued monthly when the value of the Reward is at least $10. Monthly Reward balances of less than $10 will roll over each month until the minimum is met for that calendar quarter. If the $10 minimum for the quarter has not been met, the balance expires at the end of the quarter. Ink Recycling Rewards are issued monthly for the full ink recycling balance earned in the month. Once you've earned a Reward, it will be issued within 30 days after the earning period has ended. Rewards eligible to be redeemed will appear in View & Print Rewards in the menu under Rewards Home Page.

Store: Give the cashier your printed Reward
Online: Enter the 16-digit barcode number in the final steps of placing your order
Phone: Mention the 16-digit code to the customer support agent before finalizing your order Rewards must be redeemed in full if being used for an online or phone order; for in-store purchases only, a one-time-only coupon with the expiration date of the original Reward will be printed for any remaining balance of $1.00 or more and must be used in full in one subsequent purchase.
Rewards must be redeemed by the expiration date as expired Rewards cannot be replaced, and one-time-only coupons cannot be replaced if lost or expired.
