Solo Cup Review and Picnic Pack Giveaway

We grill out a ton during the summer. I love having most of the cooking mess on the grill, so there is no way I want to do a bunch of cups and plates after my husband has cooked outside!!  I want to continue having fun with my kids or just relax!!!

I have little kids that are clumsy and can't hold a paper plate very well.  I don't want to buy the cheapest plates out there because they are un-sturdy and very bendy to fidgety children. Therefore, more messes!  Solo products are priced right for my family and are very durable for the four dudes in my household!

Solo gives you many options when picking out what picnic ware you might like. You can solid blue, solid red, pink, orange, cute patterns, or even cups and plates made from recycled materials. They even come in different shapes.  Yeah, you can get rounded cups and plates, or even square ones!

I think my favorite new product from Solo is the "It's My Solo Cup."  My kids, as well as other folks when we have a get together, are notorious for leaving cups all over the place and then not knowing which one is theirs.  So what do they do?  They grab another one.  What a waste.  We tried the old marker routine, but is always seemed to end up more on our hands then on the cups!!  These new cups have made it easier by adding  a scratch and write label on the cup.  Oh boy, does that cut down on the arguing about whose cup is whose at my house!!!

In my little town and probably yours, people are talking about the lines on the solo cup being for alcohol. Perhaps you can use it to measure your alcohol, but when the cup was designed that was not why they put the lines on it. There are some other uses for those lines.  Did you know that you can use the lowest line on the Solo cup to help measure how much chocolate syrup is about right for your milk?  Or that same amount is a great amount of mouthwash?  Look at the chart below to show you a few other measurements and uses for the lines on the Solo cup.
