Dora has been a favorite around my house for many years now. My four year old loves Dora and Boots. I encourage my kids to watch Dora because it really is a show that gets them thinking. Dora and Boots are generally on a mission. Dora asks questions to get the kids involved, such as, "Is that the top of the house?" Your child then has to help Dora figure out the answer. I love to just sit and listen to my little boy interact that way. Every once in awhile Dora will teach a little Spanish too!
Just like all the Dora's, we liked this DVD too. I was very excited to see Dora in a pretty dress instead of that orange shirt and purple pants!!! Of course my son didn't care about the dress, he enjoyed the knights!
