Share and Care Sing-Along

Let's just say that I have very fond memories of the Care Bears from the 80's. I remember having one of the plush bears, and I also had a few hardcover books that I thought were sooooo cool! Of course, these Care Bears have been a little revamped but I still love them. I love how they teach the little ones about teamwork and friendship. I have a little one in pre-k, and they are all about teamwork there too, so watching the Care Bears help reinforce that. I think the Care Bears teach the little ones about feelings too. As we watched "Lazy Susan, " I kind of just talked with him, to see how he felt about certain situations. It is amazing what kids will say in casual talk! Hopefully he learned from that episode and our talk and never calls me (or anyone else) lazy!
