My boys love yogurt and I love to give them yogurt for breakfast as a quick on the go meal.  It is a great nutritious and quick after school snack as well.  I tend to like the Greek yogurt better than regular yogurt.  I think it is a little thicker perhaps. I am also impressed to read that it is only 2 points on Weight Watchers.  I know a lot of people who are on that diet.  I wonder if they choose this as a quick snack?
